To renew for the 7th year, you need more than 50000 subscribers/followers in your channel/profile and 50000 positive comments on a single video. (For Life Time)

After the seventh year, no further renewal is required; the profit will remain active for a lifetime. You can also achieve any of these stages directly, meaning you can activate this profit for a lifetime by reaching 50000+ subscribers/followers and 50000+ positive comments on a single video in any year.
