How long until my order ships?
Alfa Youth hands your order to the courier within 6 to 7 days of the order and payment, or by the delivery date agreed when the order is confirmed.
What if my product arrives damaged?
Contact customer service within three days of receiving it and return the product in its original packaging within 7 days. Once we receive it we process a replacement within 5 to 6 working days. If a refund is approved, it is credited within 7 working days.
